la terrassa is in a great spot, with restaurants and shops just around the corner. the staff was super friendly and helpful, making my stay pleasant. i also appreciated the nice lounge area where I could relax after a day out. the spa options are lovely for unwinding too.

During my stay, the gym was decent but the pool was underwhelming for a 'spa' hotel—definitely needs some attention. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and dated. despite decent service, the overall experience felt overshadowed by those deficiencies.

I had a comfortable stay in a spacious room with modern appliances and daily service. The location was excellent, just a few hundred meters from the sea. my room had some noise issues at night and the balcony was quite small and not very clean, which could be improved.

The hotel’s central location is ideal, making it easy to explore nearby shops and restaurants. Don’t miss the delicious breakfast options offered each morning.

The family room was huge and comfy! Loved the breakfast options, too. Just wish the spa was more inviting—had some weird vibes when I went 😬.

It was just a decent option for a relaxing holiday in Platja d'Aro with great value for the money. The bed linen was fresh and clean, which was a pleasant surprise. Bring your own earplugs for a better night's sleep.

Loved the spacious family room with a lekker jacuzzi and daily cleaning felt fresh! The pool area was a jol, and it’s just a hop to the beach and cool shops. Brekkie was quality with all the essentials, kept us fueled for the day.

The lift was a bit slow, could do with an upgrade.

We had an awesome time staying here! The family room was huge and comfy. We loved the jacuzzi bath. The kids had a great time in the pool, but it could've used some new loungers. The bar area was chill, and we enjoyed a nice meal there after using the spa, which was just what we needed after a day at the beach!

The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety! The staff was genuinely friendly, and the location was convenient with shops and attractions close by.

The spa treatments could be better timed, perhaps spreading them out throughout the day would enhance the experience.
